NEW MEMBERSHIP FORM
A new and improved membership form is now ready for use. Please see me if you have not yet received this form which is being handed out at trainings. I need this returned to me ASAP, before the first match. It is important to note that MDCC does NOT have ambulance cover. In the event of an emergency, an ambulance will be called and the cost will be the responsibility of the individual player. So please ensure you have ambulance membership to make sure you are covered. Regards, |
